1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 288pkr reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where underage use is suspected.
2.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register or hold accounts on the Platform.
2.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether use of online gaming platforms is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. 288pkr makes no representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited use this Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
2.4 Current or former employees, officers, directors, agents, or contractors of 288pkr, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in any promotions on the Platform.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on the 288pkr platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (by name, CNIC, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any combination thereof), 288pkr reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 288pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account with or allowing access to your account by any third party is strictly prohibited.
3.5 You must notify 288pkr support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 288pkr processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa/Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your 288pkr account.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) before your first withdrawal is processed. 288pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 288pkr reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
4.5 Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. 288pkr does not withhold or remit any taxes on behalf of players.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational use by eligible players. 288pkr reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or terminate an account, where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated misuse of promotional offers is identified.
5.3 Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods are specified within each individual bonus offer. Players are required to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 All games on the 288pkr platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software or by accredited live dealer providers. 288pkr does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 288pkr will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue fairly. The decision of 288pkr management in respect of any disputed game outcome is final.
6.3 Bets placed using insufficient account funds due to a platform error will be voided. 288pkr reserves the right to correct any erroneous credit or debit to a player account resulting from technical malfunction.
7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 288pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability.
9.3 The maximum aggregate liability of 288pkr to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Responsible Gaming
10.1 288pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings and are available to all registered users.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has expired. During exclusion, a user's account is suspended and any outstanding bonus balances are forfeited.

11. Account Suspension & Termination
11.1 288pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, underage use, inactivity exceeding 12 months, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
11.2 You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 288pkr support. Any available balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be processed to your registered payment method following account closure.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 288pkr is licensed and incorporated.
